    Active audience shares are the way we measure your audience usage. An active audience share allows you to share a selected audience with an ad account of your choice. Each share is tracked from the moment the audience is shared with your ad account until it's unshared. Please note that sharing the same audience with multiple ad accounts counts as multiple shares.
  • Can I change my selected audience if I reached my account's active share limit?
    Yes, you can. To modify your chosen audience without upgrading your plan, unshare the audience you no longer need and then share the new audience. If you require more audiences, you can always upgrade your account.
  • How many audiences can I use simultaneously?
    The number of audiences you can use simultaneously is determined by your current plan. Please visit our pricing page for more information.
  • Do I need to create a new ad account to use your audiences?
    You do not need to create a new account to use our audiences - you can continue to use your current account.

  • Why I don't see the audience in my ads manager account when i am setting up a a campaign?
